IPAM was founded as a national association of naval architects and marine engineers expert in maritime casualties, and its constitution was legalized by a notary public.
In the following years, AIPAM was recognized by the Italian Government and for this reason the only valid constitution is the one in Italian language which is available in the relevant section of this site.
